Buffalo Launches MiniStation PX Series in India
Buffalo announces the launch of its latest product MiniStation PX Series into the Indian market. It is as small as a paperback book designed specially for people who often forget to carry their cables with them. It is available in two memory capacities 320 GB and 500 GB named HD-PX320U2 AND HD-PX500U2.
Coming to the design and features, it is portable and fashionable, includes a flexible USB 2.0 cable as a part of design, which when not in use can wrap around and tuck up into a drive helping the users not to always carry cable along with them. It even protects the data without any destruction with Buffalo’s Bumper Body shock absorbers and has rubberized protects to protect the device from damage in case of falling down, which is also a part of the hard drive’s design.
It also has a feature of integrated hardware encryption which may be turned ON to automatically encrypt (converting ordinary language into code) the data on the drive. You can even protect your data from unauthorized access if lost with the help of Full Disk Encryption (FDE) .The feature of E-Z log on allows the password to be entered only once which gives extra protection to your drive.
The new MiniStation PX series even provides the users in storing backups and transport digital files. The drive is pre-installed with Google Picasa software with which users can organize their photos. It also incorporates softwares like Turbo USB which ensures higher file transfer rate for the users to be more productive, Memeo Auto Backup for Windows and Macintosh. The Ministation PX series is available in three colors namely red, black and white. It comes with a three year warranty and is priced depending on the memory capacities. The HD-PX500U2 (500 GB) comes at Rs. 14,000 and the HD-PX320U2 (320 GB) comes at Rs. 9,000.
